No matter if you’ve had body changes or you are just looking to change your style, building a wardrobe can be hard. I’ve had to do it a few times in my life and I’ve certainly learned a few tricks along the way.
The graphic above shows a flow of how to build your wardrobe.
Start out with one item such as the Chicwish Sketch the Grace Skirt.
Then build an outfit:
Chicwish Sketch the Grace Skirt + Modcloth Posh, Look and Listen Top + Trashy Diva Cropped Cardigan + Modcloth One, Cute, Three Heel
From the components of that outfit build additional outfits:
The Modcloth One, Cute, Three Heel matches with
the PUG Doris Skirt + Vintage Bustier
PUG Jenny Dress
PUG Havana Nights Dress
Chicwish Organza Panel Skirt + Trashy Diva Hottie Top
PUG Highwaisted Shorts + Le Bomb Shop Bombshell Tank
Le Bomb Shop Bombshell Tank + Modcloth Hot Tropic Skirt
and City Chic Garden Party Dress.
Of course, within these combinations you can swap things around a little more or add items from the first outfit.
For example you could add the cardigan to the Le Bomb Shop Bombshell Tank + Modcloth Hot tropic Skirts
Or you could introduce another item such as the Modcloth Wow About That Flat
Which would pair well with the Chicwish Organza Panel Skirt + Trashy Diva Hottie Top
or PUG Highwaisted Shorts + Le Bomb Shop Bombshell Tank
If you’d prefer, you could always buy a whole new outfit to throw in to the mix.
Such as the Le Bomb Shop Classic Tank + Heart of Haute Circle Skirt + Chinese Laundry Glitteratti Sandal
Which will integrate just as nicely, with other items such your original Chicwish Sketch the Grace Skirt
Or Modcloth Posh, Look and Listen Top
Repeat this steps with each item and you’ll find that in no time you have a full wardrobe!
You’d be surprised how well this method works. You don’t even have to start out with solid or neutral colors. Experiment and but pieces that you love!
